Lewis teaches Qi Gong for Mindfulness, Wellbeing and Empowerment at University of California Santa Cruz (since 2010) and University Santa Clara (since 2013) as well as multiple local High Schools.
Lewis Regen is deeply honored and grateful for all the masters and grandmasters he has studied with, especially to have been accepted since 2011 as a personal student of Grandmaster Jia Shu Sen 贾树森 --- an esteemed acupuncturist, Chinese Heritage Treasure, Medical Doctor, and the third President of the Beijing Ba Gua Research Institute --- making Lewis Regen a second generation student of China's most famous National Treasures Grandmaster Sun Zhijun 孙志君, Grandmaster Feng Zhiqiang 冯志强, and Professor He Puren 贺普仁.
A strong believer in the Ancient Healing Arts, Lewis continues to enhance both his Meditative Movement Arts and Teaching skills with Grandmaster Jia Shu Sen, pursuing Master-level training and receiving the teachings of Traditional Chinese Healing Meditative Movement Arts.
Lewis Regen began the study of the Meditative Healing Arts in 1999. He now has over 8 years of experience teaching at the University level and with students ranging in all ages and ability levels. Lewis Regen's life passion is to promote Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Empowerment for all through the practice of the Meditative Healing Arts. As an Integrative Health and Wellness Specialist, Lewis works with private clients, small to large groups and organizations of all sizes to design mind-body solutions that incorporate Longevity Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Ba Gua to clear stress, cultivate mindfulness, boost energy/productivity levels and enhance quality of life.
